Rejoicing…Being grateful…Celebrating…is not always easy when everything around you is serving to deplete you of or quell that sense Joy, gratitude and celebration…
The great thing about this charge given to us by the Apostle Paul is this: we are not being encouraged to rejoice in our circumstances which fluctuate from day to day. Instead we are being told to rejoice ALWAYS in the Lord, the God of the Bible.
Rejoice in Him ALWAYS! Easy? Not always. Possible? Absolutely! Because He is ALWAYS!
The One who is ALWAYS TRUE & TRUSTWORTHY;
The One Who is ALWAYS FAIL-PROOF & FAITHFUL!
the One Who is ALWAYS the same yesterday, today and forever!
Friend, are you struggling to rejoice today? Could a reason be that for too long your focus has been WHERE you are in life (your lot, your situation, your circumstances). Is it time to REFOCUS instead on WHOSE you are in life (and death)…your PRECIOUS LORD!
Rejoice in Him ALWAYS!
Easy? Not always.
Possible? Absolutely!
