SERMON: "The God of the Seasons” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8,14

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens...

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:

If we look at the ancient Greek world, there were there were mainly two words used at the time to distinguish the difference in meaning of “time”.

The one word was CHRONOS – which meant chronological time. 6:00 o clock, etc. Then there was KAIROS – the right or opportune moment; the supreme moment; A moment of time in which something special happens.

It may be different things for different people: Falling in love would be a kairos/defining moment, etc. The birth of a baby, etc.

In this sermon, we reflect on those Kairos moments in our spiritual lives; those “God moments”; Those moments when God’s agenda meets with ours in a very special way; when He reveals Himself and his love to us in a special way. Listen HERE, or via link below. God bless.
